[Chart] M Countdown 2009/09/03

September 5, 2009

Brown Eyed Girls won their second win in M Countdown last Sept 3. One more and they’ll have a triple crown win. I don’t know if foreigners can vote but from what I see in youtube and other video sharing sites, Abracadabra is more famous overseas. My friends over here are even doing the hip swaying thing. But who can blame them, Abracadabra has this beat and dance that can get anybody hooked. But it seems that Koreans are not that fond of Abracadabra. BEG’s album sales are not as high as I thought they would be. Maybe Koreans are more into cute things like what Kara and SNSD has been doing.

I’m still surprise that G-Dragon’s Heartbreaker is not on the chart. Maybe next week. I hope he’s not ban in mnet like SNSD and the rest of SM Entertainment. Anyway, here’s the September 3 M Countdown chart.

I also noticed the number of new entries. FT Island and MC Mong are no longer on the chart.

01 Brown Eyed Girls – Abracadabra
02 Kara – Wanna
03 Baek Ji Young – Ear Candy
04 Drunken Tiger – Monster (Korean Ver.)
05 Bada – Mad
06 Davichi – Hot Stuff
07 T-ara – Lies
08 Boohwal – Thought
09 Cool – See Again Again
10 Mighty Mouth – Love Class
11 Hong Kyung Min – She Goes
12 Hwayobi – Rose
13 Roora – Going Going
14 Park Hye Kyung – High Heels
15 Loveholics – Butterfly
16 Supreme Team – Supermagic
17 After School – Half
18 Yoon Eun Hye – Dash Girl
19 김진표 – Tell Me
20 Navi – Wasteful Tears

Here’s Brown Eyed Girls performance of Abracadabra. Kudos to Mnet, their equipment has improved. Well, relatively. But it’s still far from the ones the other music shows use.
