2pm (7)
– Again & Again (1)
– I Hate You (1)
– Heartbeat (5)

Baek Ji Young (2)

Davichi (2)
– 8282 (2)

G-Dragon (5)

Kim Tae Woo (3)
– Love Rain

Leessang (1)

Son Dam Bi (2)
– On A Saturday Night (2)

SS501 (2)

Super Junior (6)
– Sorry, Sorry (5)
– It’s You (1)

Last year, we have Big Bang and the Wonder Girls placing first and second respectively in the number of wins. Big Bang with ten and Wonder Girls with nine. This year another boy group and girl group has again claim the top two slots in the number of wins in Music Bank, SNSD and 2pm. We have Wonder Bang for the past two years. Do I smell a 2pm Generation taking over Korea? Big Bang and Wonder Girls are technically out of the competition.

Here’s a short recap of the wins per artist.
SNSD (10)
2pm (7)
Super Junior (6)
2NE1 (5)
G-Dragon (5)
SHINee (4)
Kim Tae Woo (3)
Baek Ji Young (2)
Davichi (2)
Son Dam Bi (2)
SS501 (2)
Leessang (1)

Just a side comment. 2pm is the only artist above who generated wins with three songs. SHINee, SNSD, and Super Junior won Music Bank with two songs while the rest with only one. Just like Big Bang last year who won with Last Farewell, Haru Haru and Sunset Glow while Wonder Girls won with So Hot and Nobody.
